Why we exist

No dad should feel forgotten when life falls apart.

Many fathers experience relationship breakdown, homelessness, mental health pressure and unsuitable housing that makes it difficult to keep meaningful contact with their children. Dads Support Dads exists to help change that.

What we aim to do

Practical support, emotional support and a voice for fathers.

🏠

Housing Support

Helping fathers facing homelessness, unsuitable accommodation and housing barriers that affect child contact.

💬

Mental Health

Creating a safe space for dads to talk openly, feel heard and be signposted to the right support.

👨‍👧‍👦

Family Contact

Supporting fathers who want to stay active, present and emotionally connected with their children.

🤝

Partnerships

Working with charities, councillors, community groups and professionals to build real routes of support.

Our mission

Helping fathers rebuild while keeping families connected.

We believe fathers need more than advice. They need understanding, practical guidance, community, hope and support that recognises the importance of their role in their children’s lives.

Dads Support Dads aims to support fathers with:

Housing: homelessness, unsuitable accommodation and housing difficulties.
Wellbeing: mental health struggles, isolation and emotional pressure.
Family: maintaining healthy, meaningful contact with children.
Hardship: signposting for benefits, food, furniture and local support.
“A father should not lose hope, dignity or time with his children because he has fallen on hard times.”

Talk. Support. Grow.
